We begin every project with thorough planning meetings where we discuss your priorities, ensure all your requirements are met, and confirm the final budget. We also map out the timelines and book in regular catchups to make sure you stay well-informed throughout the build phase. At this stage, we will also begin any required consent processes to make sure there are no delays when we begin construction.
With the project mapped out and the consents granted, we can begin construction. We stay in constant communication throughout the build and are completely transparent with our process. Our project managers are experienced at delivering projects on time and on budget, and will always immediately let you know if any challenges arise.
Once construction is complete, we schedule in our final inspections to ensure the final product is of the highest quality. We will also issue our guarantees and complete the necessary documentation to achieve code of compliance. Once the compliance process is finished and you are satisfied with the final result, all that’s left to do is hand over the keys and celebrate!
